What's Included
Exterior Inspection
- Physically inspect perimeter of the property (Gated entrances to yard)
- Doors and windows given a visual inspection from ground level
- Weather damage and drainage, ground level visual inspection
- Clear out any flyers, deliveries from entrances
- Signs of visible leaks, such as water or gas
- Exterior lighting (where applicable)
- Garbage bin weekly rotation
- Inspect any outbuilding on the property
- Document the inspection for the Customers benefit.
Interior Inspection
- Check furnace, hot water tank and water softener
- Ensure thermostat is functioning properly, A/C in the summer time.
- Check every room in house to ensure same is secure
- Change appearance of the residence by manipulating blind and light configurations to give the property the lived in appearance.
- Ensure appliances are functioning properly(fridge, freezer, etc.)
- Water plants with as per documented request
- Inspect garage
- Check Security System, reset alarm and lighting on departure
- Document the Inspection (Hard Copy Remains at residence)
